Indie Nation wishes to ensure you are happy with your purchase. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may choose to return or exchange your item.
A full price refund or store credit of equal value will be offered upon receipt of the returned or exchange item. In keeping with Indie Nation's promise to never resell used or worn products, returns and exchanges can only be accepted where all original Indie Nation packaging, labels and security tags are intact.

Customers must indicate their intentions to return or exchange by email within the following days from the date of delivery:

Domestic (within Australia) Orders - 21 days
International Orders - 35 days

Please ensure your Order ID number appears in the subject of your email.

Please Note:

  • Returns and exchanges must have all original Indie Nation packaging, labels and security tags intact. If these items are received by Indie Nation without the Indie Nation packaging, labels and security tags intact, refunds and exchanges cannot be honoured and the item will be sent back to the customer.
  • For all returns and exchanges, customers will assume responsibility for shipping charges. Indie Nation will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
  • Returns that meet all criteria will be credited in the original form of payment.
  • Refund amounts will be made in AUD as charged upon purchase and may vary based on the exchange rate at time of reimbursement. Exchange rates are set by RBS and updated each day at midnight (GMT).
  • Indie Nation recommends that all items are sent via a traceable method. Indie Nation will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
